How to Kick Arse Business (Part 1)

Ask the correct questions (avoid passivity):

Strategic word count can help keep you looking hot in the mind of a prospective employer.
The ‘horror’ of rejection is not to be feared!
If for example one asks the interviewer/panel what overtime commitment is expected after previous questions on company medium term goals/current performance, and the response is an overt undertone of  “who the hell does she think she is …I mean we’re looking for the worker not vice-versa”,
…well then it’s patently obvious they don’t value upfront, direct employees with high self-esteem that place value on having some spare time for themselves.
…so, although one has been ‘rejected’ it’s fine as in this instance if previous strategic thinking indicated:
‘I can take or leave this crew, depending on how arrogant/workaholic or otherwise decent the company is’
If of course one needed the job for a time regardless of how dysfunctional and screwed up the management is, one would not ask that question.
Some questions ought not to be asked ever
For example don’t enquire if the boss eats live monkey for breakfast.
It’s not your business.
It’s important to ask at least some questions.
This generally indicates initiative to even the most brain dead of employers.

Footnotes 4 part 2:
Order of questions, timing, protocol.
The university degree shows you know how to discipline yourself to achieve a goal.
However the cutting edge is generally in the workplace, not the institutions.

Detail Appetisers (Part 3)

Tungsten  - high melting point (3410 degrees C)
atomic mass: 183.85 gm/mol
density: 19.3
Used to make high-speed cutting-tools, electric-lamp filaments.
Ken, rents a gas bottle from BOC Barrier Street Fyshwick: ‘can’t buy the bottles …have to rent ‘em @ around $170 p/a. The gas itself [Argon] isn’t that expensive.’
‘Tig is primarily for aluminium and stainless steel welding.’
Mig/Arc/Tig setup available from Queanbeyan Industrial, Richard @ around $1400.00 (New offering from ‘Lincoln’ we think. Apparently Mig and Tig in one box is a new thing. ...Word is it’s a very good unit)

argon gas line
Oxyacetylene is used primarily for cutting.

One can see in the image an argon gas line. Argon is an inert gas. Atomic Number 18, Atomic Mass 39.948 gm/mol.
Of the group of gases shown in the diagram argon is the most expensive. Inert gases are also known as noble gases or rare gases. They are very non-reactive.
Other inert gases are  …
